Port
Royal is known for its historic sites, including Fort Charles, the Naval
Hospital, Giddy House, and other buildings. The first photo here shows
the marker at the entrance to the historic area, installed by the Jamaica
National Heritage Trust. The other photos show scenes of Fort Charles,
where the British Admiral Lord Nelson was in command briefly. |
