| Sandra Doty is a Part Time Assistant Professor in the Department of Physics and Astronomy at Denison University. Before coming to Denison, she was an Associate Professor of Applied Physics at Kettering University where she taught at all levels of physics. Recently, she was a Visiting Associate Professor at Kenyon College where she taught Astronomy, Introductory Physics and Optics. Her research is multifold including signal analysis of electroretinograms and computational simulation of optical soliton interactions. She also does collaborative research with Dr. Steven Doty on the simulation of processes and environments of stellar birth and death and on the understanding everyday phenomena. |
