In order for you get retrieve your grades, you must agree

These grades are unofficial and may contain typing, transcription,
or other errors. Although we have made every effort to ensure the
accuracy of these grades, your only official grades come from the registrar's
office at the end of the term.
These grades are posted by code number only. Your code number is
a set of two, five-digit random numbers assigned to you at the beginning
of the year. If you did not receive these numbers, please see Dr. Doty
